Project Overview
Boardriders is a group of global action & sports brands. I designed effective global newsletters and various digital assets that helped increase employee engagement with their sustainability initiatives.
The Kickoff
Boardriders primary goal was to increase their Higg index score and promote sustainability practices across all Global brands. This would require the creation of a sustainability committee and employee volunteer work to handle all of the data and changes that needed to be made. As a member of this committee my responsibility was to design a Global style guide, newsletters and various marketing materials, with the purpose of keeping employees up to date with current company initiatives and to drive engagement in sustainability efforts.

Marketing Strategy
#1 Newsletters
To help communicate our initiatives, things we are working on, events and engage employees.
#2 Events & Sharing Success
Partner with our employee's favorites non-profit organizations to engage and build community. We will then share the data and track success from each event with the larger group to encourage more employees to participate.
#3 Intranet Design
Creating a hub for all things sustainability so employees can easily access information at all times, ask questions, watch trainings & sign up to help tackle sustainability tasks within the organization.
#3 Create Engaging Posts
Attention grabbing animations to open key milestone & event announcements.
