Here is the exact Client Portal template I use to run my design agency.

Advantages of using a client portal:
- All files in 1 place (contract, invoice, design files)
- Link to all of your forms! Clients will thank you.
- Clients feel excited about how professional and organized you are.
- Clients have visibility over tasks and deadlines. (yours & theirs).
- No more scrambling through multiple emails to find files, it's all here.

After duplicating it, you'll just have to add the button links under "Getting to know you" & "Write a review" sections:
- Client Info
- Questionnaire
- Calendar appointments
- Review Form

Forms can be create in Notion or you can use external services, like google forms.

I use notion for all my forms and provide a link to my google calendar for client call appointments.
